Starting from version 4.7.1, Remote PC Server can be started while in Safe Mode on Windows NT OS family (NT 4.0/2000/XP/2003). To restart a remote computer in Safe Mode, run System Configuration Utility (msconfig.exe -4) and select /SAFEBOOT and NETWORK, then click OK and restart the OS. The computer will be automatically rebooted in Safe Mode with network enabled and you will be able to remotely control the computer.
